Welcome to our showroom camera page. We've created this resource to bring you one step closer to being in one of our tubs. Most of our customers have never had the option of seeing or being in one of our tubs prior to purchase, and typically have many questions regarding the best size, how the stoves or our Power Pak™ systems work, etc. Our showroom camera is designed to help you address these and many other questions ... the next best thing to being there,
How to use the Showroom Camera
- Select a camera version (Flash or non-Flash), and you'll be taken to that page.
- To use the camera, simply click on the button labeled "Request Control". If no one else is using the camera or in queue to use it, you will be granted immediate control for one minute — no user name or password required. At the end of your session you will go to the end of the queue, if any. You are free to use the camera as often as you like.
If you would like a personal guided tour with a question and answer session with one of our customer service representatives, please call us at 800-962-6208. We can provide you with a user name and password for an exclusive, personal 20 minute demonstration session while you are on the phone with us. Our staff are all equipped with phone headsets and can show you operational features and get in the tubs — so you can get a better sense of how a particular type of hot tub might fit you and your circumstances — while you are talking to them.
View via cell phone: the video stream is also designed to be viewed on web enabled cell phones (iPhone users: please select the non-flash version). This allows us to work with customers with assembly questions and/or installers or service technicians in the field who may have questions about our Power Pak™ systems, etc. The zoom function, for example, allows you to get a close up of the most minute wiring details of a Power Pak™ should there be questions in that area.
